England, once a former pirate, now claims to be a gentleman. He is a cynical sharp-tounged prone to rough speech man, that yearns for the golden years. He is known for his bad cooking skills (which is the cause for America having a 'bad' taste in food) and for his his strong belief in magic. France once said he is useless if the situation is not pertaining to himself, or America. His interest have been noted of being: embroidery, craftsmanship, rock music - in which he had once gotten a tattoo on his butt of a six string (a guitar), literature, and giving scathing critisism to America's movies.
Arthur does not know how to express himself and this leads to others often misunderstanding him. He is depicted as a tsundere or a self deprecating person. Despite his realistic view upon the world, he is a romanticist. When drunk, his personality goes from a gentleman to a bitter and violent delinquent. [Admin Sky: Maybe he should have been drunk during the revolutionary war. DUN KILL ME...] During 4th of July it is said that his condition collapses.
Arthur has three brothers, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Its said that they hate him and use to drive him out by throwing stones at him, sometimes going to the extent to mail him curses.

I headed to the elevator , my work was almost done, just heading to where the payroll was, I had a odd attare, most people didn't do this, I got a few stares I just shrugged and headed to the elevator, I was in tight dark blue jeans, and heeled combat boots, I had a shirt with a band on it, and had my leather jacket, it keeped me warm, my hair was in a pixie style cut and the fringe covered my left eye, my eyes was a deep sea ocean blue color.
Now finally at the elevator I waited for it to come back up, I sigh gently as I waited some more.

He was dressed in a formal black suit and an emerald green tie, matching his eyes; his messy untameable hair threw off his formal looks slightly, but for the most part he looked formal. He tore his gaze from his phone to see a young female wearing such a strange attire for this work environment. Noticing the band shirt he chuckles slightly remembering his concert-going days. As embarrassing as it was he still loves to listen to rock to this day. Realizing his train of thought, he instantly drops it then merely clears his throat and asks politely," Are you a visitor, marm?"
the short female looks at him with a grin'' well, not really anymore, I moved here about two weeks ago.. sooo'' as she gave a grin at him, her deep ocean blue eyes held a bit of a cheeky spirit, her hands in her jean pockets and noticed his outfit'' nice look by the way~'' as she gave a nod in approval.
He blushes slightly, 'Is she flirting with me? No, no, she couldn't be.' "Thank you, marm. So, you work here, correct?"
